Summary:

Global Payments is seeking a dynamic Payment Optimization Manager to drive revenue and advance the supplier payments network as part of the payments business growth strategy. This client-facing role involves collaborating with customers to optimize their payments, develop supplier campaign strategies, and maximize adoption of virtual card and other payments products. Reporting to the Head of Payment Operations, this role offers a great opportunity to have a direct impact on a fast-growing company in the fintech market.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospects and existing clients to understand their payment needs and optimize payment solutions.
  • Drive client adoption, growth, retention, and overall success of payment programs.
  • Provide payments subject matter expertise during sales engagements.
  • Conduct spend analysis of clients' supplier files and consult on supplier enablement strategies.
  • Develop and execute customers' supplier enablement campaigns.
  • Coordinate supplier outreach and manage communication with clients on campaign progress.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure a positive client and supplier experience.
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements to business processes related to the role.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in client-facing roles and/or financial industry.

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial credit card, ePayables, virtual card, financial services, or merchant services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Interest in being part of a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth culture.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Pay Range: $105,000 - $147,450 annually (No bonus plan or commissions associated)
