Position Summary:
As an Associate Partner Advocate, you will step in to provide long-term absence coverage for the primary point of contact for advisors and partners in a designated territory. This role involves acting as a Relationship Manager for plans with generally less than $10 million in assets, as well as temporary primary point of contact for specific geographical territories.

You'll respond to and resolve issues for advisors, partners, plan sponsors, and internal staff, demonstrating proficiency, self-reliance, and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the temporary primary point of contact for advisors/partners in designated territory during absence periods.
  • Respond to and resolve issues for advisors/partners, plan sponsors, and internal staff.
  • Provide clear explanations of complex industry-related issues and offer alternate solutions.
  • Solve escalated or complex issues with supervision and guidance.
  • Demonstrate overall proficiency, self-reliance, and resourcefulness in a volume environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 required within company-established timelines.
  • FINRA fingerprinting required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Financial Services experience.
  • Beginner to intermediate level retirement plan documentation and investment knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.

Base Salary Range: $53,200.00 - $73,150.00
